Irving, Carlson & Xavier has a depth of talent in its Commercial Lending & Finance group, with extensive experience in all stages and aspects of the financing process. On the borrower side, we represent financial sponsors, strategic buyers, operating companies, top-tier leveraged buy-out firms, and private equity firms in a variety of financing transactions. On the lender side, we represent banks, mezzanine lenders, hedge funds, and other financial institutions in single and multiple lender financings. We assist in all types of acquisition transactions in which financing is involved and also serve as a destination practice for senior, mezzanine, and other lenders. The lawyers in the Commercial Lending & Finance practice group also represent the agents in senior secured financings. The Commercial Lending & Finance practice group works closely with our Bankruptcy & Reorganization practice and others to advise our clients on the workout and restructuring of existing financings.
