Elizabeth Benson is an accomplished and dedicated paralegal with over twenty years of experience.

Since 1980, Elizabeth has developed extensive experience working in numerous facets of civil law.  In her current role, she provides paralegal support to attorneys in the areas of corporate and securities law, commercial transactions and employee benefits. 

Elizabeth serves as the firm's Paralegal Coordinator and works as a litigation support specialist, providing technical assistance to all practice groups.

Elizabeth assists attorneys preparing for trial by managing document intensive files, assisting with document productions and displaying exhibits in court. She has experience using litigation support software, including Summation and Trial Director.

Elizabeth joined ICX as a paralegal in 1998 where she focused her practice in labor and employment law, commercial litigation and healthcare law. She also assisted ICX attorneys with trials in federal and state court.

The New York City native attended the New York University and a member of the International Paralegal Management Association, the State Bar of New York Paralegal / Legal Assistant Section and a member of the Association of Litigation Support Professionals New York Chapter.
