We have an active practice in the area of condominium and cooperative housing development and handle all aspects of the transaction, including acquisition documents, financing and regulatory approvals.
 
We represent developers in the acquisition and construction of condominium and cooperative developments. We advise our clients with respect to, and negotiate the terms of, the acquisition and the construction financing for the project. We prepare the offering plans and represent our clients before the Attorney General and other governmental agencies with respect to the approval of such plans.
